We’re Luis and Rayne, the husband-and-wife team behind Oceanline Web Designs. We first met in late 2020, during the pandemic. During a time when so many were losing jobs and adapting to working from home, our relationship grew alongside a shared determination to create something for ourselves. Luis began teaching himself how to code, and after graduating with a BFA in 2024, Rayne followed that same path, blending design and creativity with web development.

We started Oceanline Web Designs with one clear goal: to make professional websites accessible for small businesses. Too often, the options are either paying thousands of dollars upfront or struggling with drag-and-drop builders that don’t deliver the performance you really need. We knew there had to be a better way.
